PERTH - We Need You - 868 Gourmet Spin Event and Fund-Raiser for WA Tandem Cycling Advisory Council - WATCAC

Put this in your diary and invite all your friends. We need a crowd to cheer us on.

On Sunday 21st May, from 10:00am – 2:00pm The Exercise Institute and 868 Gourmet are holding a charity cycling event to raise funds for WATCAC (That’s us!!!!)

Come down to 868 Albany Highway, East Vic Park to witness (or even take part in ) a stationary cycling spin off. There will be prizes and raffles and guests from Western Force and WATCAC. But, most importantly, come and cheer on Kate & Roland, Adriana & Anthony, Erin & Haylee, and Dee and me as we show off our terrific tandem talents. We had a trail run last night and I promise you it will be entertaining.

On Sunday we are holding a charity event for WA Tandem Cycling. Entry is FREE for all spectators but we are asking $10 to compete on our Stationary and Watt bikes supplied and run by exercise institute Leader boards and big screens will be set up, as well as prizes for Men's & Women's in Sprint and Power categories will be awarded. Bring a group down and challenge your mates! Members from WATCAC will be set up on their Tandems, with our vision impaired and front riders competing against each other from 10:30. We'll even have a few Guide dogs on hand for the kids. Harry Scoble and James Verity-Amm from Western Force will be down from 11:30am and we'll be raffling off a signed Jersey from the 2017 squad. A coffee cart from The Northbridge Coffee Roasters will be set up in the rear car park to keep you warm. Spins start from 10am - 2pm. Pop in with your family and friends.
